1. Data controllers

This website is operated by AXS Core Technologies Kft., 1093 Budapest, Lónyay utca 7. 2. em. 40., Hungary — the controller for the website itself, for the invoice checker and for enquiries addressed to the Budapest office. Contact: contact@axscore.eu.

AXS Core Technologies L.L.C., Business Village Complex, Suite 305, Deira – Port Saeed, Dubai, United Arab Emirates is an independent controller for enquiries addressed to the Dubai office. Contact: contact@axscore.ae.

If you choose the Dubai office in the contact form, your message is handled there, by AXS Core Technologies L.L.C..

2. What data we collect

We practise data minimisation and only collect what we need:

• Contact form: your name, work email address and message; optionally your phone number, company name, topic and area of interest; and the office you address your message to. The message we receive also includes your language setting and your IP address.
• Invoice checker: the invoice file you upload for a check (details below, under Invoice checker).
• Technical data: IP address and basic request information, kept in server logs for security.
• Consent state: your cookie choice, stored in a cookie on your device.

Contact form messages are delivered to the mailbox of the office you choose (Budapest office: contact@axscore.eu; Dubai office: contact@axscore.ae). The staff of AXS Core Technologies L.L.C. handle messages for the Dubai office.

3. Invoice checker

The invoice checker on this website lets you upload an invoice file (for example XML, PDF, CSV or an image) to check how well it meets e-invoicing requirements.

• The uploaded file is used only to run the check and is not stored.
• If a corrected invoice is generated, it is kept on our server for at most 1 hour so that you can download it, and it is deleted after download.
• The check is carried out by the validator built into this website; the file is not sent to third parties.

4. Why we use it and the legal basis

• To answer your enquiry and provide our services — legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to a contract / our legitimate interest.
• To keep the site secure and prevent abuse — legitimate interest.
• For optional statistics — only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

5. How long we keep it

• Contact enquiries: your message and contact details are kept for 12 months after the enquiry is closed, then deleted.
• Application logs (server and security logs): 90 days, after which they are deleted automatically.
• Invoice checker uploads: not stored; a corrected invoice, if one is generated, is kept for at most 1 hour (see Invoice checker above).
• Cookie-consent choice: stored for up to 12 months.

6. Recipients and processors

We do not sell your data. It may be processed on our behalf by our hosting provider (UNAS Online Kft.) and our email provider, under appropriate data-processing agreements. We disclose data to authorities only where legally required.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law you have the right to:

• access, rectify or erase your personal data;
• restrict or object to processing;
• data portability;
• withdraw consent at any time;
• lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
